Hotel owner
List your hotel privately. Choose what is shown publicly as a teaser and what is unlocked only on direct request from a verified buyer.
We list hotels from owners and mandated representatives who:
- prove ownership or hold a valid mandate to sell;
- provide accurate, verifiable details of the asset and its financials;
- sign a confidentiality and listing agreement;
- are committed to a discreet, off-market sale.
Buyer
Set your investment criteria: region, budget, asset class. See teasers that match. Request full details from owners or brokers.
Buyer access is granted to investors who:
- provide documented proof of funds;
- confirm capital is available to invest, for example held in an escrow account;
- sign a finder's and confidentiality agreement;
- hold a recognised standing in international markets.
How access works
1. Apply and get verified
Choose your role and complete the registration form. Our team reviews every application by hand; access is granted only to applicants who fit.
2. Owners list, off-market
An approved owner lists a hotel as a teaser: region, category and price range only. The name, address and financials are not visible.
3. Buyers request, owners decide
A verified buyer sees a teaser only if it matches their criteria. If it interests them, they request the full details, and the owner is notified the moment the request arrives.
